John Lafferty, of CFO-Pro will present a program focusing on profitability and cash flow, vital elements of all businesses, and of particular importance in these troubled economic times.  John  will introduce you to concepts and show you tools that you can use for decision-making, planning, saving and spending in your business and in the businesses of your clients.  You will see how, among many things, to plan sales growth, to contain costs, to best utilize those savings, to evaluate marketing spend, and to focus on your strengths.  You can’t help but come away from this program with several “nuggets” that will increase the profitability of your business and give you the staying power that is so important in today’s economic environment.

John Lafferty is founder of CFO-Pro. For more than 40 years, he has been a business advisor to corporate and privately held business enterprises, as well as private and corporate investors. He has dealt with seasoned entrepreneurs, start-up ventures, and emerging and mature businesses in a variety of industries, applying expertise gained through many years spent in the accounting field, the venture capital arena, and consulting practices.
