Communication Bleeps and Blunders in Business

You said one thing, your client heard another. Nobody was wrong, but the misunderstanding cost you money out of your own pocket.  Todd Hunt has been there too.  He’s a business humorist and author, with a funny yet practical look at how we can communicate better with clients and employees to make more money.  He’s received applause and guffaws at hundreds of companies in the Chicago area, telling funny stories about sales, customer service, leadership and change.  He's been profiled in The Chicago Tribune and on CLTV.  Todd’s books include "Does Anal Retentive Have a Hyphen?" and "Pardon Me, But That’s a Really Stupid Sign."  Get a sneak peek at www.toddhuntspeaker.com

Presenter:  Todd Hunt
Business Humorist, Speaker and Author

Todd Hunt is a recovering anal retentive professional who finally learned to lighten up.  He was in advertising for 10 years, including Ogilvy & Mather, the world’s largest direct marketing agency at that time.  For 10 more years, he ran his own successful marketing company in Chicago.  Working with associations, retailers, nonprofits and financial groups, he sold insurance, seminars, theater tickets, memberships and other products and services to consumer and business audiences.  One day Todd discovered that people would pay him to tell funny stories about business.  So now he does - speaking to hundreds of groups each year on how to communicate better with customers and employees to become more successful, make more money and get a better life.  Now who doesn’t want to hear that!
