Methodology: After dinner members and guests will choose from one of several tables where participants will hold small group discussions. In the small groups, each participant will have 5-7 minutes to answer a series of questions. Other participants may then ask questions and provide feedback to the presenter. Following the introductions, participants may continue the small group discussions on topics of interest generated earlier or may engage in one-on-one discussions as appropriate. Participants should be prepared to answer the following questions in the discussion groups:
