Branding in the Age of
Findability
Presenter:
Bob Killian (Killian
Advertising)
Branding in the Age of Findability raises the question: “If every form of
outbound communication is becoming less cost-effective every year, what can you
advise your clients (and, indeed, advise yourself) to be sure brands can be
visible, differentiated, and urgent – in the minds of prospects, at the time
they’re deciding to buy?” The dynamics of creating a selection set, and of
making a buying decision, have changed dramatically in the past decade. In this
session you will learn how to take advantage of this new reality.
Bob Killian, creative director, branding consultant, graphic designer,
marketing strategist, mediocre golfer and web designer — has been putting his
grab bag of skills to work for clients for over thirty years. Since 1987 he has
been the ringleader of the bomb-throwing anarchists at Killian & Company, a
Chicago-based strategic branding agency. It is, perhaps, THE branding
agency. If you type “branding agency” into Google, Killian Advertising comes up
first. Bob is the co-author of the popular book “Do-It-Yourself Marketing and
Advertising (3rd Edition),” published by Wylie Press. His White
Papers, featured on his agency’s website (www.killianadvertising.com),
have won a “Best Writing on the Web” award, and are used as learning models in
dozens of graduate business schools.
